Learning

At Elderslie High School, we believe every student can learn, grow, and succeed. Our teachers create engaging, inclusive classrooms where lessons are tailored to individual strengths, needs, and goals. Through personalised support and meaningful feedback, we help students build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Our Learning Support staff provide best practice professional development to all staff to ensure that each classroom is focused on providing students the best opportunity for high value learning.

At Elderslie High School, every child is supported to thrive, achieve success, and reach their full potential.

Wellbeing

We know that students thrive when they feel safe, supported, and connected. That’s why wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. We foster strong relationships, promote resilience, and create a positive school culture where every student feels they belong.

With a focus on holistic student wellbeing and dedicated resources such as wellbeing roll calls, staff check ins, small group social skill interventions, and a belief in ensuring each child is able to be ready for learning, Elderslie High School ensures every child is known, valued, and cared for, creating the foundation for them to truly thrive.

Additional Learning Support

Every learner is different, and we celebrate that. Our Learning Support team works closely with students, families, and teachers to provide personalised adjustments and targeted support to deliver an inclusive learning environment where difference is embraced. Whether in the classroom or through specialised programs, we ensure every student can access learning and experience success.

At Elderslie High School, every child is supported in the way they need to thrive, grow in confidence, and succeed.
